I will update this review shortly, but I have a video which shows the parking attendants working today July 2nd to be lying to our faces and then accusing us of lying. Incredibly unprofessional, and will provide a full review shortly.

The ABSOLUTE WORST GARAGE. NEUMAN IS THE RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON. I was a new customer for less than 1 month and they put a hold 9n my car for being 2 months late! Then after 3 days of explaining to him that they botched my account the finally admitted to the mix up but then demand ...Moreed over 200 dollars without any invoices or account records. Just wanted me to give credit card. Then the icing on all of this is his threatening to hold my car hostage unless I paid an amount of money that they could not produce an invoice for and my account did not reflect monies due. He told me his policy is to hold the cars until you call the police or pay. This is flat out criminal. Go anywhere else but here
