If you need to park in NYC, find another company to park with. Do not park your car with CITYPARKING.NYC. The CITYPARKING.NYC garage in 99 John St in Lower Manhattan damaged my vehicle, bumper and fender are entirely damaged and has to be replaced. The garage attendant admitted fault was with CI ...MoreTYPARKING.NYC (the garage) and we together drafted a claim / damage report. I called their main offices at 646-585-0409, but did not pickup due to COVID. I emailed their claims email address and the person working (Nicole) asked for two different estimates from two garages, which I provided as soon as possible. The costs for the repair from the two shops averaged roughly $4,300. After having submitted the estimates, and some initial back and forth and saying there will be delays due to COVID, they have been radio silent for over 3 weeks, with no ETA on any next steps. In the meantime I am totally out of a car and facing storage costs in my other location. They caused the damage and feel it is appropriate to just stop communication. In addition, previous to this incident I have a monthly pass at this location and due to the damage I had to move the car to another location. I asked for a refund for the full monthly pass and they have yet to respond. The incident happened on 6/5/2020, today is 7/1/2020.

Park your car at CITY PARKING GARAGES at your own peril. THIS COMPANY IS PURE EVIL. I came tot he city on Thanksgiving Day for dinner and parked at the CITY PARKING garage at 107 East 41st street. I reserved and paid for the spot via the Best Parking app. When we returned to retrieve the car ...More later that evening, they demanded an additional $12 to get my car back. I showed them the confirmation receipt on the mail. We called the manager who refused to listen to reason, and didn't budge. I even called the cops. After they didn't show for a while I ended up paying the BS ransom. There is a place in hell waiting for the people who run this company and I hope they get there soon.
