The Best the most accommodating. Loading dock is plentiful. Staff is great. I've been working and using this storage for quite 6 years now.

Dealt with these folks in the past, this time isn't much different. Management has no idea how to run a business. Employees are not courteous, and if your speaking to them over the phone, even worse. What really gets my gears rolling is the fact that after all these years, they still haven't ...Moremade the storage areas easy to find. The numbers ore not in order as you walk aisle to idle which makes finding your unit a laborious task as you walk the halls. They should at least put up a map, not multiple maps which would help a lot but at least one, just one map by the elevators. But no. I guess you are expected to learn after tedious repetition. Another thing is it's a big, big deal if you want to use a credit card which is not on file. Good luck with that because you need to have a fax or access to a fax in order to change that info. And if your late with a payment, don't count on getting access to your unit. My unit here is $99 a month for a 5x10 basic unit. My unit in another state is 10x10 and climate controlled for. $85. So I think they may be over priced too.

I am a current customer. This place deserves an A+. I love their customer service. Storage place is climate controlled so you won't drench in sweat while hauling or loading your stuffs. I would recommend this place.
