Been renting there for almost two years. Just downsized from one unit to a smaller unit. The staff was very helpful and AnnMarie went out of her way to accommodate the transition. This place is amazing. Staff is so flexible and helpful. Not cookie cutter spaces like other locations. Will find something to fit your needs not vice versa. Great spot

I've used Citiwide twice now. They have the BEST customer service, Silvia specifically goes above and beyond for her customers. She delivers. I tried going to a different facility in greenpoint but the service was so horrible I ended up back at Citiwide because they were SO accommodating! Storag ...Moree facilities don't have to be a hassle or a rip off, go to Citiwide, they really do care, helpful is more like it.
