The Cielo garage has the worst service. The parking is consistently broken and this past weekend, we could not retrieve our car Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The service number to call has no information and responds with "the technician told me we can't tell you when he will be there and manageme ...Morent doesn't work the weekends." The manager is even more unhelpful. Refuses to do anything about reimbursement for the inconvenience or pay for transportation receipts when the garage was still down. He claims the garage was up and running and was arguing with me. We pay over $200 per month. This is the first bad review I've ever written but please steer clear of this company. They are the worst.

I rarely - if ever - give bad reviews. I would give 0 stars if I could. This garage blames everyone but themselves for all of their issues. They make our great management team at the Lenox look bad and act like not having accessibility to our vehicles for extended periods of time is not that big ...More of a deal. In my 30 years of life I have never experienced such bad customer service with 0 remorse or accountability. No refund or even credit has been placed on our account after not being able to retrieve our car for an entire weekend. Again today - my partner could not access his car.

I have ZERO positive things to say about Cielo Garage and wish I could rate them with negative stars. My fiance and I have been using the garage for 4 years (not because it's good, but because it is pretty much our only option), but we are finally moving out of the building we LOVE because we CA ...MoreNNOT TAKE this garage for another second! For paying SO much money each month, it is only operational about half the time. It is a complete luck of the draw if you'll be able to get your car. Literally every other day it's not working. If you think you have plans (appointments, work, holidays with family), think again. Then when you take an Uber (from not being able to access your car) and ask for reimbursement, Cielo will fight you on it. They blame the USERS when it's inoperable and just continue to raise their rates each year when it has been working less and less frequently. The amount of frustration and headaches this garage has caused EVERY one of its users is immeasurable. All residents bond over the fact that we hate this garage so much. STAY AWAY FROM CIELO GARAGE! YOU WILL BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!

This garage is the worst and the management company is extraordinarily mean and not customer centric at all. I've been parking with them since October 2020 and for $250/month, I've had multiple complaints go unanswered or rudely responded to. The middle bay of the garage has been down since spri ...Moreng 2022 and there is no timeline for a fix. Their "VP" of the organization is a real asshat as well responding to emails rudely and with an attitude. It appears in the management company's eyes the customers are always wrong. I park here out of necessity, not out of wanting to. Be warned!
