My issues are with them charging more for a unit you have been in for over a year and not charging the current rate. I have had issues with them regarding this and until I called corporate and still had to go higher did they actually charge me the actual rate. They thought I should pay the high ...Moreer rate not the rate they would turn around and rent it at. Didn't make sense to me. They had a fantastic manager Christi, but they let the best of the best go. Since them customer service is not customer service.

No issues with this location it's fairly priced, clean, and the employees do their jobs well with the staff they had. They were also very communicative when the rollup door was broken until it got fixed.

Well folks just a follow-up to a previous post and analysis of this business operation. Be careful of how you treat people. When you deal with the public you have almost zero room for having a bad day. With that being said, the previous manager Deb is no longer the manager at this location. ...MoreShe was fired for conduct which did not meet the expectations of management. I received this information first hand. Future employers, you may want to to think twice about this investment. I will not engage in slander or libel here but look at some of the reviews about this person. They have now replaced her with someone who is going down the same path. Very discourteous and disrespectful demeanor. I prayed that the God deal with Deb in his own way and look what happened to her. I make it a point to treat people with dignity and respect and did not get this from Deb. As a matter of fact she had some pretty slanderous things to say about me. We won't go into details about that in this post. Dogs are still allowed to roam this property which is a violation of their policy and established law. I make it a point to take pictures each time this happens for the purpose of having proof that an unsafe environment sometimes is created when this happens. Good evidence in the event Litigation is necessary. Gate was not working this past weekend. This constitutes a breach of contract. Current manager was extremely rude about in my conversation with her about it. Their elevator policy and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act has been reviewed. Anyone who rents from this facility that is disabled who has a storage unit on the second floor may want to consult with an attorney. Higher level management and ownership will ignore you when you have valid concerns. There is one way you will get their attention and that is with a case and docket number if you know what I mean. We are change.

Don't store your things there. Almost all if my things were ruined by mold. Monthly rate for for a closet went up frequently, security was poor because the main entrance or exit door would not work or break down so it stayed open until repaired. They did absolutely nothing after leaving mult ...Moreiple messages about my belongings being ruined. Their expensive rates include insurance, but no one called me to correct the situation. I'm so sad the majority of my things had to go to the dump...not salvageable.

Cheap units with very little light, my unit had a pole running through it so I couldn't fit something that was the width of the advertised size in the unit. Desk staff is interesting... one woman (manager?) is unbelievably rude. I've seen her berate customers on multiple occasions and I just won ...Moreder ... why? Why would someone like that work at the front desk in customer service? Oh well whatever this place sucks.
