Manager good, space clean/okay, secure site, use of push cart or dolley comes in handy, there is a freight elevator, and the first month is discounted. So what's wrong? When I called the nat'l ph number to inquire, there was a "$1 for the first month" deal. I asked what the bottom line first mon ...Moreth price is and was told $23. NOT. It was $75+. I was not told that there was a requirement to purchase insurance. NOT HONEST = NOT FAIR. Irony: I probably would have gone or it anyway had they been honest and up front with the costs.

I have smallest unit, only store simple items. in four years my rate has increased 31%, and most recently increased twice, total 19% in less than a year. unacceptable, unfair, corporate does not answer calls nor return calls after leaving messages. poor customer service, predatory pricing.

While I think it's a well run facility and Bethany is one of their greatest assets, I'm appalled at a 10% rate increase especially since I've not been a customer for one year! Owners who get greedy will lose my business, time to look for an alternate facility since it's now exceeding my budget.

Bethany is the most friendly, efficient and and hard working manager at this location who made my storage "life" amazing as I am in between countries and homes. Highly recommend. I have now been trying to pay my bill since Sunday and they still can't find a way to accept it, nor does anyone bother to call or email me back. Hard to believe they are still in business.
