Okay 5 stars is a lot but they diserve it. They were great on the move in and the pricing was good. The manager Kathleen let me know that they were not going to charge me a fee for calling late (I was supposed to notify them in writing 30 days prior that I was moving out :) I would store my thin ...Moregs here if I were moving again. They are great! She even offered to watch my daughter for a few minutes while I let the movers in the unit. Wow!

I got this storage space a year ago or so, and they had some pretty good pricing not only for the storage room but also for the truck I rented from them . I live in SF but prefer to have my storage in DC because it's easy to get to on the freeway and there is plenty of parking. Basically, I li ...Moreke to have a lot of space to maneuver around in when moving stuff. There is a laundromat next door so I sometimes multi-task by getting a load of laundry going while I go sift through my storage space. The plaza also has a coffee shop and Latino market, so you can always get a snack while lugging stuff around. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and it seems to be a very safe facility at that. Very much worth checking out on your search for a storage facility.

If i can give this place a -100 stars I WOULD! This place is horrible! & Very Rude Manager named JOEL! It was a Sunday when we needed to store something in a storage, of course most of them closes early so what we did is search the navigator for one that's open. We found this & called them to c ...Moreonfirm if they're still open, it was cool that they have a KIOSK so you can do it yourself beyond office hours, now here's the WORST part 1. Their system was sooooooo damn slow that i was standing in front of the kiosk to complete a VERY LAGGY transaction for 45 mins! the line behind me was sooo long (they experienced the same thing!) 2. When i was done the machine never printed a receipt! 3. The phone representative (i was on the phone with them the whole time because while i was doing the tansaction it charged me TWICE the amount i should be charged!) told us to wait for 5 mins for the system to recognize our code, we waited for 10 mins to make sure it works before we tried but it won't go through! We tried over 20 times going up & down the elevator trying to find a way to get to the basement but no luck for us. It took us over an hour waiting & trying again! 4. I called customer service again because of this & said they're gonna call back, it took them 30 mins before they called again! 5. After that long wait the Manager Joel called me, he's so rude! We said we can't do the storing anymore since we really needed to go, he keeps on insisting to give me a temporary code but they were about to close a well (the elevators stops working at 7, & it was 6:55pm!) he started yelling & telling me "what do you want me to do?" when i clearly said we want a refund instead since we already wasted over 2 hrs of our time on this place! We agreed that he's gonna give me a refund & yet it's over a week already & hr hasn't refunded my account. I called them regarding about this but he never called back! Save yourself from all these & stay away as much as possible from this storage! I don't like writing negative reviews but this place really deserve it!

The move-in was great! The price was good as well and the place is clean! Yet, they lose stars for screwing up my direct debit from my credit card 2 months in a row!! After returning from a long month and a half vaca/business trip to Asia...I return seeing a letter from Central Self Storage s ...Moreaying that my payment to them was past due and that I have to pay for a $20 late fee. I specifically remembered that I authorized a automatic withdrawal from my BofA debit account. I head over there and the gentlemen there looks up my account and says they never got a authorization and that he cannot reverse the $20 late charge. I tell him that it is not the money...it's the principle...yet, he still has to charge. Then when I asked to have a authorization filled out again...they find my authorization form that I had filled out originally! Now they can't reverse the charge without a manager or something. Next month comes around and yet, I get another $20 charge...WTF!! They finally got it straight by giving me a $40 credit on my last months rent.

I recently moved out of my Park Merced Home which was approximately two miles away from this storage. We were able to get a unit the day I moved out, and they were very concise about our payment plan. What I didn't enjoy was that my dad and I waited in line and the assistant manager continuously ...More asked others who followed after us if they needed assistance first. Other than that, I would recommend.
