If I could give zero stars for this place I would. I'm obligated to keep a car in The City, and this s the most convenient place for me to garage my car. It doesn't matter whether you call in advance to retrieve your car; they either don't pick up the phone or you arrive at the appointed / requ ...Moreested time and wait 15 minutes anyway. I've frequently stood there in front of the cashier's office and been ignored by all 3 guys "working" there. The attitudes of the employees range from indifference to blatant hostility, as in"How dare you ask me to actually do my job!" Furthermore , it's too much for them to even remove the ticket from your windshield when they bring your vehicle. I've been to many garages in Manhattan, and all of them are expensive , but this one is so horrendous I think I'd rather hunt for a space on the street
