As soon as you drive in, the clock starts ticking although it takes another minute or so until you get your ticket from the attendant. When you retrieve your car, they seem to have the clock rigged because I inserted the ticket into their machine to pay, one minute before an hour would have been ...More up and the machine said I was already into the next hour, and had to pay extra. There's no one who will listen to reason there because they say the machine doesn't lie and, they are proud to say that if you are one second over the hour mark, you pay for the next hour! Then, once I paid for my car, I had to wait almost fifteen minutes for my car to arrive, despite there being only two people ahead of me. Major ripoff.

$62 for one hour of parking. Evidently the signs tell you this, but it's in small print. It's extortion, plain and simple, and they don't even need a gun. Try everything you can to find parking somewhere else.

Don't go there. We parked there on February 28, 2019 for two hours and 20 minutes. They charged us $65. It's a rip off. If you are a cancer patient and go to MSK next door for treatment, do everything to avoid this place. They are rude and lie. I will never go there again.

Parking garage. Ok, so let me see if I understand this. I drop the car. You retrieve the car. You see me standing there, yet you drive it in the "in" lane and leave it there with the engine off- all this while you see me walking to the car. Finally, just WTF was that blob of goo on the insi ...Morede of the driver window? It looked like something that dropped out of a sandwich and let me tell you, I don't eat in that car... I won't be back, thank you.
