This place has ruined the experience for me. I was going to a Seth Meyers taping and they have asked me to go store my backpack and gave me a map of places close by. This was the closest so I ran over cause I had limited time. Once I was in there, I had trouble understanding the pricing and trie ...Mored to explain that if I don't make it on time, I might be back in 10 minutes or I might make the taping and come back in 2 hours. This super unfriendly guy couldn't show more that he doesnt care about my situation and started filling out a card, which took so long and almost seemed on purpose. So I asked if I can leave the bag and deal with the paperwork when I come back, that every second counts for me now. Thats when he trashed the card, leaned back and told me that at this time, he refuses to take my bag, that it is his right and that I should go find another place. When I said that Im sorry, that Im just in a rush to make it back on time, he told me "Why are you still here." and smiled at me saying that he will not take my bag. I spent the entire time I had to return to Rockefeller at this place, so I ended up not making it. When I left, I told him I will complain. The response while the door was closing was, that he has my face on camera and he will put it all over the internet. Never felt more disrespected as a costumer. I went back and told the nbc desk about this and they said they will update the card and that I was not the only one to complain that day. Such a shame, a day ruined just because of this guys attitude towards costumers. I explained why Im stressed out and in a rush and instead of helping me, he chose to threaten me and refusing to help me. Also, he told me there is another place in the street but refused to tel me where and told me to find it myself.

This facility saved my day and I am so grateful, especially to the incredible employee KC. I rushed in from out of town and ran to the theatre the night before the Tonys, only to find out My bag was too big to take into the theatre, and no one could help. The theatre is in a Hotel for goodness ...Moresake, and it was just upsetting not even a suggestion or kind word. I found the # is CBH from the Edison hotel, dropped all my stuff off with the gracious KC and ran to the theatre only missing 5 monists of the show. I returned at 11:59 (pushing it I know) and grabbed my bag with a reasonable fee. ($25 until 10 and a small addition fee foe every hour until midnight) My night was so close to being ruined, but KC the CBH luggage save my theatre experience and my date.

beware total scam!!!! they quoted us a price and would not release our luggage until we paid them 108.00 more in cash!! they were hostile and threatening!! total price we paid for 8 hours of storage was 218.00 and that is after lady did not want to give us our change!!! unbelievable!!!!!!!

The owner of this establishment walked across the street and harassed us for going into a luggage storage business other than his luggage storage business. He said that the place we were walking into is bad and isn't secure. We told him we were going to find out for ourselves. Then he got aggres ...Moresive and yelled we would regret it and that some of our bags would go missing. Sure enough we discover one of our bags went missing as we unloaded from the car. We later caught him on camera taking the bag and throwing it in the trash around the corner. We called the cops and hoping we can press charges. Don't use his business. He's a big scam.
