BQ Transport did an amazing job earning my business, the great customer service ended there. Even though I told them I had a 2-bedroom apartment and a 10x15 storage unit. We went through what was in each of the rooms and items storage via phone. When they arrived for the move their truck was ...More not big enough, and we were told the move would now incur an additional $3000+ in costs since the number of boxes was underestimated. Additionally, they required CASH or money orders before they would proceed. They also wanted to charge me an extra $300 for stairs even though I told them I lived on the second floor. It was also very hard to communicate with the movers as only one of them spoke English. They did manage to get everything on the truck however, I witnessed them drop my Dyson vacuum from the top of the truck and my sewing machine was dropped coming up the stairs at our new place. Boxes I had labeled as fragile, nothing on top, meant nothing as they had things stacked on them. Three (3) months after the move, they charged my credit card over $1,700 even though we had a paid in full invoice from Feb 28. After several emails and texts to BQ we were told that a refund was done. It's now two weeks later we still do not have a refund and had to place the charge in dispute as the CC company has no credit in the process. I cannot recommend BQ Transport for your moving services.

This company forcibly changed my pickup date leaving me with no belongings in my old apartment for three days with my dog. Upon arriving to my new location, all contact from company ceased. I was without belongings AGAIN! This time for two weeks. The only way they answer the phone, is if you cal ...Morel from another phone number. Then once you get the manager Tony on the line, he tells you a date for delivery and does not show. Second time he answered for my sister's unknown number, and says truck will deliver at end of following week! When driver finally calls, I had no advance notice as to what was good for me, he says they will here same day and show up at 8:30 pm! On a work night for me. The ONE mover was in flip flops! Boxes were crushed, and a few items broken. The stress I experienced was horrific. Please please, do yourself a favor and find another company. Terrible terrible service.
Absolutely terrible! Their company theme is "deliberately ignore calls and texts from the customer". You'd figure moving to a new place is stressful, but if you hire these guys, they will turn your move into an absolute nightmare!
Terrible experience! Very rude and unprofessional! They din't deliver my stuff for over 3 weeks. They only have this one guy (Tony) answering all their lines and communicating with him is a nightmare!! He is disrespectful, arrogant and doesn't answer your calls Purposefully! This company sucks!
BEWARE of this company- they were hired to move a family friend from New Jersey down to Florida and held her belongings hostage in storage for ONE MONTH (weeks after she had already moved down and desperately needed them). They were unresponsive and if we got ahold of them ever, completely rude. ...More NOT worth your time or money, go elsewhere!
