Cheerful, polite and professional, the crew from Big Leperachaun defines hustle, efficiently loading and unloading quickly and carefully. Working with masks in the terrible air of the fires, they put my past movers to shame. I recommend them without hesitation.

Very disappointed with this company. Two of the movers arrived half an hour late to both our old apartment and the new one. Throughout the process, they were very careless with our things. They picked up the coffee table and then dropped its shelf on to a metal stair landing, damaging the edge. ...MoreTwo of the kitchen glasses ended up breaking, despite being carefully packed in a glass-pack box. When they unloaded the truck at the new apartment, they stacked 2-3 heavy boxes of books on top of boxes clearly labeled FRAGILE. They tried to move the furniture in very quickly and shoved it through tight spaces instead of carefully maneuvering it. This caused them to gouge paint out of our doors and walls in the new apartment. I was told they would be back the next week to fix the damage, but over a month later, it still hasn't happened. I have emailed numerous times, and no longer get a response. I've moved several times in the Bay Area, and I've never had a move as disappointing as this one.

They canceled on me the morning of my move. I had booked on September 8th and received the confirmation. The morning of my move I emailed to confirm the time and received a call that they could not do the move that day or any day in the near future.

I have moved twice with Big Lep, and both times they have done an outstanding job. The truck is huge and the team has a wonderful attitude. They were extremely careful and everything arrived in one piece. They cost a little bit more than some other budget movers, but we'll worth the extra $ for ...More the incredible job they did. If you care about your furniture don't cheap out on movers.

Punctual, efficient and courteous service. They did an amazing job and were very quick. When they realized my bulky sofa wouldn't fit through the door in my new place, they quickly removed the door off its hinges and saved the day. My landlady was present during my move out and she was so impres ...Moresed with their work she asked them for a business card in case she needed movers. I, too, will definitely consider Big Leprechaun for my future moving needs
