Holy cow. Adrianna and the team at Berkeley Self Storage absolutely knocked my socks off with their customer service. I don't think I've ever been so impressed and grateful. If I could, I would give them ONE MILLION STARS! I was in the middle of a move across two states when the carefully laid ...Moreplans went up in smoke and I had to move 6 days earlier than planned. So the storage unit was one of the last things on my plate as I was driving a uhaul down the 5 freeway. Adrianna could tell I was in dire straights, and leapt into action to help me pick up the slack. We got everything done electronically over email during my breaks from driving, and as traffic extended the trip she pivoted to let me move into my new storage unit after normal hours. I didn't need to beg or butter her up or promise to pay a premium - and she volunteered a staff member to be there to ensure success. I wouldn't be surprised if she paid that employee overtime to ensure my needs were met. The team here just wanted my business and were total professionals in earning it. I look forward to spending my money here and encourage anyone with storage needs in Berkeley to start here first! ONE MILLION STARS!

I cleared out my storage unit at Berkeley Self Storage today. I was sad to go. The facility is always clean and safe, plenty of carts available to use, and the parking lot has lots of room. The staff and owner are really nice and helpful. For example, they worked very closely with me to make sur ...Moree that when I came, someone would be there who could cut it open, since I couldn't get it open. If I need a storage unit again, I'll definitely go back there.

Wonderful experiences! I highly recommend this storage facility. All the personal touches meant alot to us. You may pay a little bit more but it is worth investing in your peace of mind and quality service!

I am very disappointed with the company! not the location or the staff I think the staff is great and very friendly. However, I have an issue with a company that increases your monthly contracted rent. I rented my unit in February of this year and received a letter stating that my monthly rental ...More would be increased effective July 1. Beware their low rates are temporary shortly after you move in they will increase you rental rate.

I had a great experience at Berkeley Self Storage. The staff were very courteous and I didn't have any problems with my storage unit. I think that the price is good for the Bay Area.
