Watch out and stay away from this place. Every man that works here is extremely rude and angry and unhelpful. They will also attempt to hold you against your will and take your things from you if you "upset" them. This place is riddled with rodents, freezing cold in the winter and baking hot ...Morein the summer. You must rely constantly on their angry rude "workers" for EVERYTHING. Seriously, this place is hell on earth. I switched to Manhattan mini-storage just around the corner and it's night and day. Also, their rates for non temperature controlled small units is WAY over priced, they close way too early compared to all other storage places around them and you MUST rely on their inept workers to get in, to get out , for everything. Seriously stay away from this place or you will be treated like shit and ripped off.

For. 2 years bedrock mini storage sent all bills to full correct name - but when it comes to issuing deposit return check - they have purposely issued incorrectly - having never ONCE received payment from or sent bills to any entity such as they made out deposit return check to. Two days of argu ...Moreing over phone with them gets nowhere. Beware of this scam when signing up.
