We had scheduled a move and we were suppose to get the details of what time to meet up with the moving company the day before. Since we had a drive to get to the storage locker, we tried calling a few days in advance to get this information. The woman said we would get contacted by the drivers i ...Moren 24 hours. We heard nothing. The day before the move, we got 1 phone call. We got a phone call from a person in customer service saying "Hey, the driver is gonna call you as soon as we hang up, pick up the phone." No call. I called the woman back and said they didnt call. She transfers me and I go to voicemail. We had called this location over 5 times and sent emails and received nothing. Of course we did not get our stuff moved and the company has yet to refund my money. I paid 750 for a service I didnt get and by people who refuse to answer the phone. I didnt want to go public but no one is answering my calls and I have no other option. Ive heard good things about things about this company but they took our money and now I had to push my start date at my job back because of them, costing me even more. Horrible.
