Called Atlantic Highlands Self Storage to inquire on renting a unit, the woman I spoke with was rude and seemed annoyed about something. She was very short with answering my questions, when she asked me what size I needed I told her about 4 x 5 she barked at me and said "no we have 5 x 5 and on ...Morely one left" !! She repeated this over and over again , even though I told her that would be fine the first time. Then she told me the price in a tone as if it was to deter me away from renting it. She then hung up on me mid sentence. I called back and asked her if she hung up on me. She told me I hung up on her and didn't need to hear my grief !!!

I went today to look at the facility. I have rented before from the large organizations, and I prefer a family based storage facility with heart. I went to the Atlantic Highlands location on West Street and was very impressed. The facility is family owned and they have a second in Red Bank. It i ...Mores brand new and just beautiful. The facility is kept so clean in comparison to other facilities I visited, plus when interacting with the site manager they were clearly proud of their self storage. If you are looking for a safe and well cared for facility; this is the one!
