The worst. Do not use. The overcharge, do not stand by their estimate and were late. Their estimator never showed up for an in-person estimate even though we asked many times. On moving day they changed their price to almost double the amount, and by then it was too late for us to hire someone ...More else. They arrived late and would not return our calls to get an idea on when they would arrive. The they charged more upon arrival because the hallways "were too long" and then we had to chase the truck because they called to say they "forgot" a few boxes in the truck but they would not come back to the building. Really awful experience. Save yourself a lot of headaches.

This company lies and scams. They also promise they will never sub contract out the work. After they took over $1200 of our money they passed us off to U.S. Moving systems in N.J. Who then took another $2300 for the job. The original job was bid for $1800. We had only a few items of furnitur ...Moree i.e. Futon, table and chairs, t.v., twin mattresses already bagged up two easy chairs, book shelf and child's desk and about 20 boxes It turns out the two companies are related somehow. I would never recommend Armstrong or their affiliate U.S. Moving systems. These people are crooks. I paid two moving companies for one move. Armstrong told me it was my own fault for opening the door to U.S. It was an enterprise truck but we assumed it was from Armstrong. This was in response that we wanted our $1200 back because all they did was take the call and pass us on. You will be sorry if you do business with them. When I called to complain, they had fired the people who promised me they were on the up and up. Armstrong has a location in Texas too.
