terrible experience with organization. Booked online the day before going to NYC, received an order number but no confirmation e-mail. Contacted their customer service after an hour to learn what happened to my confirmation e-mail and why I haven't received it, no answer there! The evening when ...Morewe finally parked our car in NYC the guy at the garage told me that if he doesn't have a confirmation e-mail he can't accept the order number as payment and suggested me to call Alliance office. After 5 phone calls with some kind of answering service (which of course knows of nothing and can just take the phone call) and waiting for their call back as promised, still not able to get my confirmation e-mail! My amex was charged but still had to pay again at the parking garage. This morning they called to tell me they sent me the confirmation e-mail, amazing, now that I don't need it anymore...will never use their service!!!

Terrible terrible service!!!!! I'm sooo appalled by what my boyfriend and I had experienced here!! The first time we parked there, his ipod got stolen. Thinking there's no way they could screw us twice... we parked there a second time. This time with his brand new car. You'd think that your bran ...Mored new car would be safe on their watch, THINK AGAIN! Our completely brand new car came back to us with several scratches on the back corner side!! It looked like the driver scratched the car while making a turn in the garage.. and mind you, this is a small car!!!! WTF??!!!! NEVER AGAIN! If you want your car back just as you left it, DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!!

This company crashed my car and they won't even return the calls of my insurance company, they are very quick to charge your credit card for the monthly bill but they take their time following up on their responsibilities, The damages will cost my insurance between $3000,00 and $4000,00 but appa ...Morerently they don't care.

I truly have never come across an organization I like less than Alliance Parking. They have done the unthinkable and official taken over that dubious honor after a strong 10 year run by U-Haul. When I was there to drop off my car for the very first time, I watched as they smashed off the side ...Moremirror of a car. Not the best omen. The car I park there has been dinged up ad nauseam (literally), but hey it's New York and I kind of even expected that going in. What I didn't expect was the terribleness of the customer service. God forbid anything ever goes wrong or you want to have a rational conversation with anyone. Lines are busy, phone calls are not returned when you do get through. You don't show up in the system, then you get charged double. I didn't receive a response to the report I filed about the dents. A letter showed up to let me know that I'll be charged a late fee if I don't pay by a date that had already passed. It's basically a very unfunny comedy of errors. Also, no one in the garage I park in speaks a word of English. I'm not against that it's just that it is hard to communicate with people when you really need to. There is no greater stressor in my life than this garage and I can't tell you how anxious I get every time I have interact with any aspect of Alliance.

I had a great experience at Alliance Parking Services on 185th street. I wasn't able to find that listing, but wanted to comment a bit on the experience I had in relation to the company and 185th street location. I was greeted by multiple people and despite them being very busy (5 people were w ...Moreaiting for cars) they took me in and helped me fill out paperwork for a monthly pass right away. Sam, the gentleman who helped me with rates and paperwork was a sweetheart, very friendly and genuine. While I was there I heard him and his employees greet several guests by name and inquire about their family and holiday. You become somewhat accustomed in the city to unfriendly behavior, but I found none of that here. I hope this is just the beginning of a great garage experience! Thanks Sam & Alliance Parking!
