Advise: You need to call them or visit in person to confirm they have the Storage unit available. Con: There's NO parking on West Oriskany Avenue. You need to park on the STReet (Central Ave). Pro: The middle girl w/ the straight auburn/reddish hair, Lots of Tattoos and Profanity T-shirt (B-wo ...Morerd) was surprisingly helpful.

Terrible service. Rude and iconsiderate employees... unclean spaces. Bad hours.. they say theyll be there till 5 but they leave early frequently which is inconvenient. I rented a unit here for 6 months and the whole time I never saw a smile on single persons face working there. Add on: After re ...Moreading my review the manager herself threatened to vacate my unit for no reason. In an attempt to pay the staff, the employees laughed at me. I quote... "this shit helluh funny". Stay away from this place.

Not a fan. This is apparently one of those places where the customer is always wrong. When I walked in, the woman was on the phone cussing up a storm. She ignored me for a while until her call wrapped up. Then, she was super rude to me. I definitely got the feeling this is a place that closes up ...More early based on the whims of the staff (she told me on the phone I had to be there by 4, when they close at 5).

Alameda Point Storage is great! I have been there for years and have never had any problems! Regina and Kayla in the office are always nice and professional! We laugh every time I visit to pay my bill. At this point I consider them friends! THANKS APS!

I've been with Alameda Point Storage for years now and I have no complaints. Very affordable and friendly staff! Regina and Alicia are always great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this storage to family and friends.
