These guys are total scam artists! They don't list pricing on their website, so I called and asked them what their rates started at. The guy asks me what I'm storing and I respond just miscellaneous items, clothes, small appliances, etc., and repeat my requests for starting rates, yet he was sti ...Morell evasive. After I asked him again, he just hung up on me! Obviously they just fabricate pricing at whatever price they feel they can gouge you for. Do not trust them with your belongings or they'll rip you off and I'm guessing you'll have items "missing" if you don't pay for their convenient insurance as well. F-

Agreed, total scam. They will tell you one thing and only follow through half way. I rented studio space on their fourth floor with my industrial sewing machines. Their freight elevator only goes to their third floor. They help me move into the fourth floor, then all the perks of the studio chan ...Morege. They build more studios, creating a huge mess, a ton of dust and dirt and don't clean it up. The place is inhumane, unbreathable. They said their freight elevator to the fourth floor would be build but it's been over 14 months and still nothing. Now my machines are stuck on the fourth floor with all this collected construction dust wedged into my equipment. I regret ever having moved in there. Not worth it.
