POOR customer service, never RENT Uhaul trucks from this site, they don't take any responsibility at all, tough luck if you encounter a problem, they will blame uhaul and states they are just 3rd party site. Parking is bad and they don't accept cash payment.

I am a person who is BIG on customer service and they have always met my standards and that is BIG!! Nightmare. Just don't. Go Anywhere else. Horrible people Horrible space. You can't access your stuff. That truck is just for show like a billboard you can't use it. They are rude. Showing up with a uhaul to leave? Great, you can't get in. Expect rusty water droplets on your stuff thats stored ...Morethere. The late fees are a quarter of the price of the space and never waved even if theres a pandemic. Every month they mail you a bill, email you a bill, and call you several times with the bill even if its not overdue. When you move out they threaten to continue to bill you. Seriously.

I recently rented a unit from the Clifton location. It's absolutely impeccably kept. I am impressed. Everything from the storage units, restrooms and hallways are squeaky clean. I was assisted by Elvis in the office. He's highly professional. Greeted us and made moving in a breeze. I think h ...Moree's an asset to this location and highly appreciate all his help.

Dear KB, Our store in Ridgefield New Jersey is equipped with computer controlled access, unit door alarms and digital video recording which allows us to offer our valued customers access to their stored goods from 6 AM until 10 PM 7 days per week. I am sorry if you were under the impression that ...More our customer access was somehow limited. Our office is open seven days a week from 9 AM till 6 PM Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM on Saturdays and 10 AM - 5 PM on Sundays. Please let me know if we can be of any further assistance.
