My friend moved to Florida from NYC with this company. They require you to pay an INSANE 10k deposit for better insurance. IF YOU DON'T, you get stuck with insurance that only compensates for 60 CENTS per POUND(lb) of articles. My friend was set up because she couldn't pay a 10k advance at the m ...Moreoment for full insurance of her items. They were not only delayed in arriving by a whole week, but they also STOLE many lightweight and VALUABLE (over thousands of dollars) worth of items. This is a disgraceful company to say the very least, and no hard-working families/individuals deserve this type of tragedy and treachery. A-Plus Moving & Storage, if you have any ethical bone in your business, you'll reach out and rectify this situation fully before we handle it legally. Please reach out in order to rectify this wrong (STEALING) that your company and its employees seem to have a habit of taking advantage of and I will put you in direct contact with my friend who is a victim of this scam.
