We used A&J a couple of weeks ago to move from Queens to LI; they were fantastic. I spoke with Joe, one of the owners, a few times before to arrange everything- he was always very cheerful and all around nice guy. On the day of our move, they all showed up right on time and started right away. ...More They never once complained that there were more boxes than my orginal projection (oops!) nor did they complain about having to schlep up and down our walk-up bldg. When we arrived in our new home, they stacked everything and even sorted the boxes for us (ie: Books were with books and there was a walk space around everything for easy access). I would definitly use these guys again and refer them happily!! (Thanks A&J!) PS: my only suggestion would be to get mattress covers for the move.

We used A & J Moving to move some office furniture from Melville to Garden City. They gave us a good estimate and were extremely helpful in dealing with the management offices at both buildings. I spoke with Joe, the owner, who was nothing but knowledgeable and professional in all aspects, esp ...Moreecially with the unexpected challenges of moving an enormous desk through tiny office corridors. We would definitely use this company again, and would recommend them highly.

I used this company yesterday for my move from Lynbrook to Valley Stream. Joe and his crew went above and beyond to make my move as easy as possible. Everything was treated as if they themselves owned it. I will be using them again for my clean out and for my next move as well. I'd also like to ...Moresay they are prompt honest and reasonable to boot! Joe and crew thanks for a wonderful experience!

Stay away from this outfit. They moved me in May, and broke my 55inch 3D LG TV while moving it. I asked for a claim which the owner sent out twice by certified mail and I didnt get either one (dont ask me why a blank form requires certified mail). Finally, I got tired of waiting and bouht mysel ...Moref a new TV in July. I filled out the form and was informed by the owner (Joe Kramer) that in order to get reimbursed, I would have to: 1- return the broken tv to him 2-buy the exact same model and show him the receipt. 3-show him the receipt for the broken tv The TV model was discontinued yet he kept insisting on the fact that i had to buy the exact same model and he had to see it! I told him that that was ridiculous, and to show me his insurance policy where it said that....needless to say I am still waiting to see the policy. It seems clear that this company has little regard for their customers, if they can pull this. He had us going in wild goose chases for months looking for various paperwork and when we produced what he wanted, he decided to request something else from us. I mentioned that i was going to give him an appropriate Yelp review, and I got back outright threats to report me to all kinds of organizations with made up lies about "illegal activities" he witnessed while moving us! This guy is a real piece of work and the fish stinks from the head down...Pass this one by or you too will be spending your time trying to right any problems they cause to your belongings. Just a heads up.

I used Joe and his crew for the 2nd time for my move from NY To NJ. Joe and his crew are true professionals. Joe and his long time crew were beyond prompt and efficient for my most recent move as well as my first. I highly recommend them!
