We used 680 movers because of the amount of reviews and the average 4 1/2 star rating. Plus they quoted us a reasonable price for a long distance move. We called several different moving companies and they were the friendliest and direct on the phone. We already boxed all of our house items. We ...More hired them just to move boxes and store in their warehouse. Pros- showed up on time, fast at wrapping household items like a big screen TV. They have a warehouse to store boxes. Will move long distance. County to county. Cons- the first set of movers were moving so fast they scuffed our newly painted walls. They weren't as careful as they should be. Some of our items were heavy ( treadmill, workout weights) and they dropped one of the heavy items on their roller causing damage to our wood floors. We filed a claim. Anyone knows you will have to replace majority of flooring around the damaged one to match the color, and that's is costly. When we started to unpack at our new place, some of our items were damaged and the boxes that were clearly marked as FRAGILE and DO NOT STACK ON we're stacked on with other heavy boxes.

Showed up on time. Communicated very well and moved a ton of stuff. Very courteous and respectful of our property. Kuno and team were awesome and did a great job moving a 3 bedroom house with a full gym garage set with a bball court from Antioch to Oakley. I highly recommended these folks! We used them twice and both times they were very professional and their quote was on the nose. They wrapped up all our stuff so it wouldn't get scratched etc and moved us in a timely fashion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I want to update my review with 680 movers. I received a call from upper management over nine months after the incident. Stating they did not handle my complaint properly. The manager apologized for my inconvenience and insured me that the current staff has vetted and properly trained. The mana ...Moreger also credited me back what I was rightfully owed. The fact that my complaint was reviewed months later speaks volumes about this company. I will use them again and thank them for acknowledging their mistakes.
