Please do not park here and or at any of there locations, they false advertise and promise you prices and when you come back you have to pay a ridiculous amount of money. I was going to leave and park something else because of their rates and the person taking my car (which was the manager) prom ...Moreised me he could allow me to park there for $33 if I came back before 7PM and I did. I spoke to the cashier and he's like "ok that'll be $55" and I mentioned the manager gave me a discount and he said "I highly doubt that" I told him to call him and the manager said he had promised no such thing and they started laughing on the phone together. I felt very disrespected and it's not only happened here but at all other ICON parking places. Please do not park here and pass this on. I have no idea what kind of people they hire to work here because they have no respect for there costumers. Even when we booked through Parking Panda they still questioned the price and said that those aren't our "rates". We had to take our ticket from the app to the manager and he said it's fine, but again the guy taking our car talked very disrespectfully to us and kept saying "those aren't our rates those aren't our rates" like an idiot. Very disgusted with the management and staff of all of these places. If I could vote negative stars I would.

I would like to talk about how SHITTY the service was at this parking garage . My brother and I , were visiting from Dallas , Texas and decided to park here since they had all day parking . Well when we came back to get our car , first the garage door was closed and so we waited about 30 minutes ...More for a worker to finally come out and help us . We weren't even sure anyone was going to come out . Then what happened next is they couldn't locate our car ....because they failed to give us a ticket . Being a rental car , we didn't have much information about the vehicle such as a picture which the clerk asked for .....or the license plate number .... I kindly asked the clerk with almost no voice to talk since I was sick to look for my rental car because I still had a paper in the car with my name on it signifying that it was our rental car . Well the clerk refused to let us look for our rental car that night . Meanwhile about two hours probably passed ...while me and my brother were freaking out about what to do ....my phone barring had any battery left and I was lucky enough to even be able to find a customer service number to call our car rental company to get info about our car . By this time 3 hours had passed at least and it was about 4 am in the morning . The clerk working there was not helpful and neither was his manager . I also want to mention that he would not give out his name when I asked for it ....even putting through all this garbage the clerk charged us 50 bucks at the end of the night ....after losing our car , not even letting us look for our car AND he said he could not find a car in the system for the time we checked in . This is a HORRIBLE place to park and you should NEVER PARK HERE.

Icon parking is the Worst place to park your vehicle. Staff is rude and won't take care of you're vehicle. Decided to park my vehicle in this garage, because I didn't wanted to park on the street and get damage. And just my luck icon parking hit my car and my door wouldn't open. Take my advice " ...MoreDON'T GO TO THIS FACILITY"..

Okay...I know that parking in midtown is simply impossible but there should be a law against price gouging. They falsing advertise that the 30 min parking is $15 but there's no machine inside. I got back within 25 minutes with 5 minutes to spare but there were two people in front of me and they ...Morehad this stupid credit card swiper that no one could figure how to use. The front glass guy was a major a__hole and not being helpful. By the time I got to the front, it was already 8 minutes in. I informed him that I was behind the first lady and he already knew this but simply pretend that it's not his business and charged me $47!!! I knew that "they" know they have a racket going and any kind of reasoning will simply be ignored. Anyway, I paid but what recourse did I have - YELP!!! Avoid this garage at all cost!
