Great price but AWFUL customer service! The man that is currently attending the garage is super rude. My husband is currently in chemo treatment and we park there 10x a month. There used to be another attendant working that was so friendly and nice but the new guy is mean and creepy. If you're a ...Moreren't there within 30 minutes of when you estimated (even though you've paid until hours later) you he gets snappy with you and then proceeds to move the cars fast through the garage to the point that it is dangerous. Another time I forgot to turn the car off and asked if I should walk back and turn it off since we were the only ones there, he replied "read the sign!" I will never return--my husband will walk a little further or pay more so we don't have to be abused by this man.

Damages vehicles. Very late with bringing the car around despite knowing the arrival time. Doesn't accept credit cards.

I had a reservation that was prepaid at iPark located at 315 E.70 th street NY, NY 10021. I arrived at 5:02 am and rang the bell for the attendant. He came out and instantly started shouting and saying there was no parking and refused to assist. I am outraged by this lack of service and disrega ...Morerd. I would like to make a formal complaint as well as a full refund of my prepaid charge. I am confident that your company stands behind their name and will rectify this situation immediately.
