The price given includes a coupon that no one tells you about. Once you get the coupon set to you, they make you wait 30 mins before you can use it. PREDATOR is working here. Ladies, avoid this place!!! Today is 1/8/22 around 5:40 pm, I dropped my car here. I came back to pick it up 1,5 hours later. I showed the garage guy a QR code he asked me to present earlier when I dropped the car. He started pointing at the sign "Text by phone" (someth ...Moreing like this). I showed him the text message I got. He refused to look at it and continued to go about his business at the office. I asked him what does he need from to get a key. He refused to give me my keys or talk to me. He took a dumbbell and began doing biceps curls while looking at my eyes. I felt threatened and begged to give me my keys. He started screaming at me and harassing me. I called my husband crying. He called the garage and told the guy if he wouldn't give me keys, we'd call the police. Suddenly, he agreed to look at the exact text I was showing him before, processed my payment, and gave me keys. I'm humiliated, in shock and disbelief that going to a supervised, paid parking I'd be harassed, threatened, and feel unsafe.

NO RATING. Terrible experience last night, printed coupon it said that it is active and available for use after 10:14 am on April 23, 2019. I got to the parking garage at 5:53pm, spoke to the attendant about the coupon he said yes you can use it otherwise it is $55.00 for parking. Left my ve ...Morehicle with him came back at 9:30pm and when I scanned the coupon in, the same attendant told me that i couldn't use it because i checked in at 5:53pm and the coupon is valid from 6:00pm to 6:00am! charged me $55.00. He wouldn't make any exceptions. 0nce I got back in my car i could tell that he ransacked every bag that was in my car. I could see that my bags were rummaged thru and my jacket was thrown on the floor. I would not recommend this facility. I have emailed the customer service requesting credit of $25.00 lets see if they approve this. I will keep you all posted.!

customer service dept. responded quickly and gave me a credit for the difference and allowed me to use the coupon.
