GET NEW STAFF!!!!!!! Almost got ran over by my own car because i went to the passenger door since he was parked then Randomly decided to back up told me i better watch out...he was beyond dumb and disrespectful, find a driver who is not an idiot thanks. Oh and received a coupon online and went h ...Morealf an hour over the time and instead of charging me $28 they charged me $65 for being half an hour over because they couldn't honor it. The guy just shook his head and said no to me.....

Lack of customer service skills. Pretty rude staff. I bought a monthly pass, and was very specific at letting them know I did NOT need to use the car often, maybe once a week. Still a guy who works there told me the car was being moved around 20 times A DAY!! In order for them to get other car ...Mores out... This obviously occasionated some serious scratches on the front of my car. I tried to reach the manager who was supposed to be able to help, but it was completely pointless... He just told me the insurance did not cover bumpers... Really?? And guess what my monthly fee does not include new scratches! I of course took te car out of there and moved to a different garage, which so far has been way more accomodating and actually NICE! I am extremely dissapointed with tis parking garage and their careless attitud.
